Meditation and Breathing

30th November 2005

December is the time of the year where we slow down and reflect on what we have achieved over the year.  As we ponder over what might be or could have been, it is timely that we pick up some meditation skills to move ourselves out from the hustle and bustle of daily grind.

Our last speaker had mentioned that we have lost our ability to breathe properly as compared to the young child.  Join us for on Thursday and start to re-discover the technique of proper breathing!
