Please join us this Thursday for a presentation on:
“10 Years…
10 Orphanages”
Mr Robert
Kee
Founder/Director – Operation Hope
Foundation
About the Speaker:
Robert Kee is the
founder of Operation Hope Foundation, which has set as its goal to establish
10 orphanages in the next 10 years.
The first project is Hope Village in Cambodia, one of the poorest countries in the region, and ravaged by AIDS.
As a result, the country has in recent years been facing an alarming
increase in the number of orphans and abandoned children.
Located in the poor province of Prey Veng, Hope Village was set up to reach out to these children and transform
their lives with the hope of creating a better future for them. Spanning over
80,000 square ft, Hope Village offer facilities to create a nurturing and
conducive environment for learning and growing. Currently ca. 100 children
live in Hope Village.
On behalf of the
programme and vocational service committees, we look forward to seeing
you this Thursday.
Yours in Rotary
