Re-constructive and Cosmetic Surgery

26th September 2006

Our speaker this week, Dr JJ Chua, will share with us his experiences in re-constructive surgeries such as cleft lip operations like those done for Operation Smile (with Makati West).  Besides the speaker sharing with us the more technical aspect of such surgeries, we will also have PP Tay Wei Lien and IPP Pieter to share with us some photos and thoughts about their trip to witness the actual operation done in the “best-equipped” local hospital in that area. They will recount the personal encounters with many of the young lives touched by this project and I’m certain will give us reason to continue supporting such worthwhile causes.
