We needs 50 Christmas presents for these children whose age ranges from 5 to 18 years.

As the Organising Chairman for this project, I am appealing for your generous contribution of 2 presents per member. The presents could be what your children may have got last Christmas but have never been used at all. Or if you intend to buy it, please keep the budget to $10 below per gift.

To help you decide on what to give, here is a breakdown the children in gender and age group.

16-18 years      7           6

12-15 years      4          13

Additional 4 gift for new admission in December 06. Age/Gender not know yet.

Please bring your presents whenever you are attending lunch during the next few weeks. I look forward to your good response. Thank you!
