Well Done – Major Project Committee!

Apologies again for the late e-bulletin.   I’ve been hard at work in Guangzhou at the China Import and Export Commodities Fair (also known previously as the Canton Fair).  Just managed to get back to the factory where I have some time to edit and organise the contents for this issue of the E-Bulletin.

Anyway, I must report that the Major Project Golf game went very well despite the brief hiatus on the last 2 holes due to lightning risk.  I would like to express our appreciations, on behalf of the club, to the Chairman of the Major Project and members of the organising committee for doing such a great job!

Report from District Assembly

The PETS Training and District Assembly was concluded last week from April 12 (Thu) till April 15 (Sun). PE Yeo Chuen Eng, PN Darryl Kuek, incoming Secretary Michael Chua, incoming Club Amin director Bou Leong, incoming Vocation Director Jean Paul, PP Tay Wei Lien and AG Peter Kong attended the proceedings.

PE vouched that PETS and DA were useful sessions. We got reminded of our various Roles especially Club Secretary, Club Treasurer and Club Admin. What PE found most useful was the sharing of experiences by strong and weak clubs in the running of their clubs and success stories on service projects conducted by District 3310 clubs in Brunei, Malaysia and Spore.
