by Mr Alan Andrew Dias, Director of Training and Technology, COMAT

 

Our speaker this week, Alan Andrew Dias is the Director of Training and Technology of COMAT Training Services Pte Ltd. He is adept with both Microsoft and IBM technologies and was awarded Microsoft Most Valuable Professional title as well as the IBM Award in IBM Lotus Notes for the Best Contribution in Emerging Countries.  Alan leads a team of Microsoft and IBM consultants to provide training and consultancy in Singapore and APAC.

 

His presentation will provide an insight on how Record Managements and Office Applications can be harnessed to increase employee productivity, team productivity and organizational productivity in an easy manner. He will showcase Microsoft Office Sharepoint Server 2007 as Office Platform with Microsoft Word and Excel as productivity tools that can deliver high impact documents with out of box workflow and using C-Level Dashboards for Business Intelligence and KPIs.
