Mr Ernie
Turner, the founder and President of LIM
Our
speaker, Mr Ernie Turner is actually on a stopover visit to from USA to
Singapore to visit several major MNC clients to do some consulting
work. Given this opportunity, he would like to conduct a short seminar
on the high value of using Action Reflection LearningTM (ARLTM)
to develop leadership for results, high performing team and business
executive coaching.
Mr Ernie Turner's working experience includes being an Executive Coach
for the last 25 years with over 125 executives and over 60 teams from a
variety of global companies in over 30 countries. He has been leading
and building LIM as an international consulting firm and working on a
variety of change initiatives within multinational corporations
including merger integration, executive coaching, team, leadership and
human resource development. Some of his major clients include Abbott
Laboratories, AstraZeneca, AT&T, Alcatel, Berlex, Chase Manhattan, Coca
Cola, Grace Cocoa, General Motors, Merck, MCI, Motorola, Nortel
Networks, Philips, SmithKline Beecham, Prudential, Siemens, Roche,
Syngeta and Volvo.
