It’s been two years since I took on the task of preparing the weekly E-bulletin.  This will be my last Bulletin as tomorrow is the final regular meeting for the Rotary Year.  Once again, I must apologise for the late despatch of this edition as I have been on the road (yet again) and was travelling from Guangzhou to Bangkok.

I would like to express my appreciations for your support and would like to wish the new Editor Keng Hee all the best in the coming year.  Take care and have a good meeting with the presentation from PP Leong How.

Our speaker, PP Wee Leong How, has kindly agreed to help out this week by sharing with his perspective on supermarket operations in Singapore.  He will share his experience about NTUC Fair Price's operations, its role in Spore's supermarketing scene... and most of all its perceived social role in moderating prices, buffering against profiteers and yet making reasonable profits!!
